At Intentional North Studio, we offer a specialized service to bring clarity and direction to your space.
Prior to the Space Clarity Session
Before making recommendations we need to understand:
-Your goal. Common examples include improving layout and flow, clarifying colour direction, determining role of art, optimizing what is already owned, helping a space feel less crowded or unfinished, and reducing decision fatigue.
-Who uses this space?
-How is it used day-to-day?
-Are there children, pets, guests, clients or patients that will be using the space?
-What currently frustrates you about the space?
-What do you want it to feel like when you walk in? Common examples include grounded, warm, inviting, uplifting, sophisticated, joyful, relaxed, among others.
-Are there anchor pieces (furniture, artwork you want to highlight, colours or patterns you love or hate, or sentimental/practical items) that need to stay?
Space Clarity Session
Our signature service, the Space Clarity Session, is designed to bring focus and intention to one specific area (room) of your space. After the preliminary questionnaire is completed we will conduct a walk through of the space with you. Photos will be taken.
A report will be generated for you with:
-Guidance on layout, flow, colour and art
-Identification of what to keep, move or remove
-2-5 high impact changes that will make the biggest difference
-Clear next steps to move forward
Cost: $650+HST
Additional Services
For an additional fee, we can provide:
-Hourly live shopping support, either in person or via photos/screenshots. Cost: $150/hr+HST in 30 min increments. Minimum 1 hour.
-Paint Confirmation Visit: In person review of paint samples to confirm placement before final commitment Cost $175+HST
-Pre-Installation Check: A final review before installation of wallpaper, lighting, or key pieces to confirm scale, placement and readiness$175+HST
-A follow-up window including a short period for questions after the session to maintain momentum
$150/hr+HST in 30 min increments. Minimum 1 hour
